Trump Impeachment

After nearly three years of "impeachment" inquiry, investigation, and testimony, Adam Schiff officially concluded the proceeding on Friday, November 22, 2019. In my opinion, there was not any compelling, first-hand evidence. The whole proceeding was more like a circus. Adam Schiff's rules were clearly one sided

Adam Schiff said that the knew who the "whistle-blower" was and that the whistle-blower would testify. Later Schiff said that the whistle-blower would not testify. and still later, Schiff said that he didn't know who the whistle-blower was. Which is it?
